Gear Now Available, ROBLOXia in Awe

Wow! A new update has been released, and as all of our staff members agree, it’s well, epic! I had my staff member AgentCG do some research on the new gear, as well as share his opinions on this new release. Read-on and see what all the talk is about!

So what exactly is Gear?

Gear in my opinion is exactly like tools you get in games except that YOU KEEP GEAR WITH YOU EVERYWHERE!  That’s right, you buy it on the catalog, and that’s it. At all times you can use it in any game, just long as the game is gear friendly (meaning the game allows gear). So I could go and play “Bobba’s ultimate build” with the brigand sword, or maybe go to “Sword Fights on the Heights” with the Ork Blade. How awesome is that?

Currently you can only buy 3 pieces of gear; the Brigand sword, the Orc Blade, and Bloxy Cola. The Brigand sword is a hefty 100 bux, the Orc blade an even more expensive 150 bux, and Bloxy Cola, the cheapest, is priced at 50 bux. Too expensive you might think? But I say it’s worth it. After all,now you can pwn noobs in games more often, with the flick of a blade!

Gear can be used in all games that allow it.

Who knows what will come next in some weeks time? We may be able to buy Shotguns, guitars and loads more to keep with us Permanently. Just when reading this I think we should all say a quick thank you.

Ambassador Program Addition!

Looks like the admisistoratos have released and new update, eh? But wait, this is not any update, it includes two more ways to enjoy ROBLOX even more!

Ambassador Program

This is a new way to get tix that the developers have released, and even more, it includes a new badge! Here’s the overview:

This programs inspires you to post links on other sites, verify it with them, and then earn more daily tix! The setup is easy.

1. First of all, copy the code the developers have provided and paste it on another site. It can be a profile, webpage, whatever, as long as you know what the link is. Remember, DON”T EDIT THE CODE! Your link will not be able to be found and you won’t earn tix.

2. Now after you have copied the link, making sure it is an exact replica of the original, go back the the ambassador program homepage, paste the link in the text field, and press submit link.

3. Now wait a few minutes for the program to find the link. Soon you will be approved!

But it said it couldn’t find it!

This is a common problem. First, make sure you copied the exact code into the site. If that isn’t the problem, them make sure the link provided is correct. But if that still doesn’t work, them make sure the most important thing, the link, shows at all!

The badge

Finally for the badge. You get it for making 6 or more tix in one day by having at least 3 links in your inventory. Also, this badge is a awesome addition to your profile!

Recent Updates

All of us have probably noticed the updates that rolled through recently. Like usually, the administrators announced it in a post. For one thing they added the option to change sparkle colors, and added “walkspeed” to humanoid. Also, now you can talk directly to your team by adding “%” before your sentence. But I have heard some people talking about the disadvantages of the administrators removing meshes and music. I am here to explain that it was all for good reason. Meshes and music made game files very large and uncontrollable for them, disrupting their progress. Also, the game usally got laggy with all the meshes, making Roblox games less enjoyable. You can still talk about it, but know the they did not do it without a reason to. Also, I am sorry for not posting so soon. I have been very busy.

A Message to ROBLOXians…

I was looking through the forums when I spotted an interesting post. I have posted it for all to see, as it is a reminder of what may happen in the future. Read on.

ROBLOX: It WAS fun and happy, everyone cared for another, mods and admins were more public, and everyone thought it would be peaches and cream.

WRONG.

Soon, more people came and came.

The population thought it would be great, more players to have fun with!

They soon discovered it wasn’t that cool.

Corrupt members broke rules, and ruined people’s fun, more and more people came, some complete newbie’s to the internet, some cooped up teenagers sitting on a computer all day, and members from other online games.

Now, in a distant galaxy, there were other online games, rivals of ROBLOX, you see… ROBLOX was now gaining fame, which meant more competition. For those people, it was either join or destroy.

Most of those people chose too destroy, fake members came to ROBLOX and ruined it, they spammed to forums, reeked havoc in places, made spam accounts, and more.

ROBLOX members chose to defend their territory, and so they pushed the intruders back to were they came from, the others stayed, because they liked it now.

But there was a problem, a lot of this hate and anger (and stupidity) clung to ROBLOX, ‘infecting’ most of the population.

ROBLOX was now very savage, the nice people hid in the forums, away from the games were noobs raged, and sometimes, some got in the forums, which was bad.

You see, ROBLOX was eating itself, the ROBLOXians lost hope in defeating the noobs, so they went into hiding. Then ‘newbs’ came in, more and more each day… they asked questions and wanted help, but they were violently shoved away. So now they evolved into noobs, making ROLBOX a more savage place.

What was worse, ROBLOX was dividing, there were arguments over small things, which split friendships and destroyed memberships.

More and more bad things came, making ROBLOXians to die and leave.
